TradePilot appointment texts
TradePilot Apps, LLC sends appointment texts for the HVAC and trades contractors that use TradePilot.
- What you’ll get: a text when a service visit is booked or changed, and a text when your technician is on the way. Usually 1–3 messages per visit.
- How you sign up: the contractor asks for your OK when you book or during a visit, and you get a confirmation text. How sign-up works.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop anytime: reply STOP and you’ll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to sign up again.
- Help: reply HELP or email hello@tradepilotco.com. For questions about a visit, call the company that booked it.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
